We are seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of new DRAM product, DRAM logic IPs, design flows and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics, with experience in designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits using CMOS logic gates and transistors.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.
  • Create floorplans that optimize for the best circuit placement, signal routing, and power delivery.
  • Use Spice and Verilog to simulate and verify proper circuit operation, analyze circuits for power consumption, speed performance, and reliability.
  • Model layout parasitics in the simulation and verify proper signal routing and power supply connections.

Requirements:

  • BS with 2+ years' experience or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits using CMOS logic gates and transistors.
  • Familiarity with Verilog modeling and simulation tools, and state machine logic/design verification techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis and timing analysis.
  • Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools and the associated design flow.
