About the Role
Purem by Eberspächer is seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Analyst to join our team. As an Accounts Payables Analyst, you will be responsible for managing accounts payables invoice records, including travel expenses, corporate credit card, customs agents accounts, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payables invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to invoices, such as missing PO, incorrect pricing, or missing documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
- English conversational skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in accounts payables.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP, preferably working for a manufacturing supplier.
