We are seeking a highly skilled Group Quality Leader to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for coordinating with our audit and quality technical teams to ensure the effectiveness of our quality assurance system across both production and support processes, as well as the effectiveness of our food safety system in the plant.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with audit and quality technical teams to ensure the effectiveness of our quality assurance system.
- Ensure compliance with the process for non-conforming material (NMC) both virgin and semi-finished.
- Ensure compliance with the process for Product Non-Conforming (PNC).
- Autorize deviations of product.
- Ensure the procedure for disposal and request of Spoilage.
- Ensure the follow-up to INTERCO and STO with the finance and warehouse departments.
- Meet the PMS (Performance Management System) program.
- Perform evaluation and report of performance of quality technicians.
- Ensure the process of evaluation and report of performance of quality auditors.
- Follow up on the administration, review and delivery of payroll of quality auditors and technicians.
- Perform and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. reports of internal quality metrics.
- Ensure the quality and safety of processes or products with the compliance of the SQF (Safe Quality Food) code requirements.
- Ensure the internal audit of the quality and safety system according to the SQF code.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Codes (GFSI, ISO, etc.) and Quality and Food Safety Processes.
- Experience leading a work team.
- Preferably with knowledge in Fusion, ETQ, BI Portal, SAP.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
