Job Summary

We are currently looking to add a dynamic and talented Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to our Development Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation (API, UI, DB) and QE processes, handling a homegrown Java-based Test Automation Framework that consumes various open-source automation tools and uses GitHub Actions for our CI pipeline and Saucelabs for executing UI tests.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Defect Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospectives.
  • Analyze and understand user story acceptance criteria, developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure proper test coverage.
  • Perform sprint testing, service/API testing, integration/E2E testing, regression final build certification, and release day testing.
  • Automate tests using internal and open-source tools and infrastructure, reviewing user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
  • Work with software engineers to understand product architecture, integrations, and features, analyzing test results and being a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process.
  • Document and track bugs to closure, reporting on project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in QA and testing projects with agile methodologies.
  • +3 years of experience in test automation projects with Selenium and Java, API testing with.
  • Advanced English.
