The ideal candidate will work closely with our Senior Editor to develop and implement engaging visual storytelling strategies that captivate our audience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a team of motion graphic animators and multimedia reporters to create innovative and compelling visual content.
- Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements that enhance our digital storytelling.
- Work with our editorial team to conceptualize and produce engaging visual stories that meet our brand's standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion design and visual storytelling.
- Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced news environment.
- 3+ years of experience in motion design, visual effects, or a related field.
- Expertise in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
