About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Inventory Management and Optimization Analyst to join our team at Micron Technology.

As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing supply chain policies, inventory business processes, and inventory optimization models.

With a focus on driving business growth and excellence, you will work closely with various departments, including Operations, Sales, Business Units, Corporate Strategy, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Business Processes: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement business processes that drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Inventory Optimization: Develop and manage inventory optimization models to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Build and maintain data analysis and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Technology: Understand and leverage supply chain technology solutions to drive business excellence.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of assigned current and future inventory reporting solutions and disposition systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, data science, or operations research.
  • Skills: Proficient with data and analytics, comfortable solving new problems in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory optimization, or a related field.
