- Coordinate and report operational metrics on a recurring basis.
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Raise and track issues and conflicts, and resolve issues of medium complexity.
- Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors.
- Solicit and respond to feedback while gaining dedication and support.
- Identify training requirements and devise training programs to ensure operational readiness.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
- Coordinate with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the team are being carried out in accordance with regulatory standard methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations & support.
- Demonstrates strong technical aptitude, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a global team.
- Experience working with managed service provider models.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, works well with teams and managing conflict.
- Highly-motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively lead efforts including the delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrates proficiency in IT areas of analytical thinking and innovation.
- Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrates ability to perform root cause analyses.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM.
- Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
$62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per month.
