  • Implement internal cost allocation processes, leveraging general ratios to optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure local HR personnel are working in generalist or specialist roles, applying standard HR processes and tools, and adhering to local labor laws.
  • Establish strong relationships with HR Business Partners (HR BPs) to align business focus and process standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, and organizational talent.
  • Business acumen, moderation skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent conceptual capabilities.
