**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Senior Supervisor, Accounting Services to manage and provide leadership for the delivery of basic to moderate projects, programs, and prioritization in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate in or lead cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
- Plan and direct schedules/monitoring of daily volumes.
- Ensure that turnaround time is within expected SLA.
- Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of activities on schedule.
- Solve a range of straightforward problems using previous experience to identify solutions.
- Communicate scope, goals, and responsibilities to the team, establish clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity.
- Develop and maintain reporting procedures.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues.
- Participate in communications with the client and other departments as and when required.
- Bear ownership and accountability for single or multiple review deliverables at a time.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to team members, including proactive guidance, troubleshooting support, issue escalation, and support.
- Collaborate with internal management for department initiatives and discussions for process improvement.
- Support Management in day-to-day administrative activities.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced Portuguese is a must.
- Bank reconciliation knowledge.
- Customer account level reconciliation knowledge.
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- High sense of urgency.
- Deep ERP Knowledge (SAP).
- Extended shift and weekend availability.
- Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desired.
- High sense of urgency.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Fast-paced environment worker.
- Logical thinking is a must.
- Proactiveness is a must.
- Client-Centered & Quality Focused.
- Strong at Excel (highly desired).
