The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for monitoring our current operations and determining more efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring that final products meet established quality, security, and ergonomic standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct time studies and analyze operations to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement lean manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Develop and maintain visual control systems to monitor and control production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows
- Conduct SAP and financial labor routing analysis to optimize production processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and work instructions
- Implement and maintain a lean manufacturing culture and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain department metrics to measure and track process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, industrial process engineering, production systems engineering, or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Conversational English is a must
- Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing of electronic products
