Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping and laundry team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public spaces.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
