**Key Responsibilities**
• Identify and analyze business processes to determine areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, including the development of business requirements documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and business requirements documents.
• Identify and document best practices for process improvement and share with the team.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders and consider the consequences of change management when implementing new processes.
• Deliver critical business analysis artefacts for the design, solution, and execution of medium and large projects, using best practices and techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process analysis and improvement.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• English Advanced/Fluent.
