We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an operations management role, with a strong background in customer service and finance. You will be required to work shifts to support our hours of operation, which include Sunday through Saturday, 9am-11pm EST.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in an operations management role.
- C1+ proficiency in English and native fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in finance and a relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
We prefer candidates who have experience supporting clients with US operations (B2C) and possess the following skills:
- Preferably 8+ years of experience in an operations management role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cost management, client satisfaction, knowledge management, and conflict resolution.
