IT Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled IT leader to lead and support our local IT team in Guaymas, Mexico.

This position is responsible for leading a local IT support team to oversee all IT design and support activities, maintaining operations business continuity, and continuous improvement activities.

• Provide hardware and software support while mentoring junior sys admins on investigation methods and procedures.
• Coordinate activities and establish oneself as the IT lead and focal point of contact in the Guaymas facility.
• Remotely assist in supporting production processes for Fort Wayne, IN, and Endicott, NY.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining Information Systems procedures, providing IT leadership, analyzing and improving production and test stand uptime, and supporting customers with a Lean Manufacturing/DFSS mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies or equivalent and minimum 8-10 years of experience.
• Electronics troubleshooting (analog, digital), Cloud and Database architecture experience, and advanced-level Active Directory troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated network troubleshooting skills, experience leading a team, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
