We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor III to lead our logistics and inventory management operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, accurate inventory records, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Determine and implement effective methods for receiving, storing, identifying, and distributing materials to production areas.
- Adjust inventories and inventory records in accordance with receiving and shipping transactions, shrinkage, or damaged goods.
- Maintain the warehouse's integrity by conducting regular audits and cycle counts to ensure correct entries into the inventory system.
- Determine and maintain the part location system to ensure prompt stock location.
- Identify opportunities to minimize physical effort and costs associated with moving materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate material flow to production processes.
- Appraise subordinate performance and recommend development plans.
- Develop, modify, and maintain standard operating procedures.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accurate inventory records.
- Efficient material flow.
- High level of customer satisfaction.
- Reduced costs associated with material movement.
