We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate our AI application release management efforts. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product management, and data science teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

This is a hands-on role in which you will be involved in the end-to-end AI application release process. This includes planning, design, software development, code quality, security, performance and scalability, release readiness, and all associated quality processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:
    • Oversee multiple AI application projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the main liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates and facilitate effective communication.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Understand the technical aspects of AI applications and provide guidance to teams.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure application performance and reliability.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Implement and refine best practices in program management.
    • Lead retrospective reviews to gain insight into improvement opportunities for future project execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or graduate degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within AI or software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and associated technologies.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a perceptive attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI application development and deployment.
  • Technical background in software engineering or data science.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
