Grupo Castores is seeking a highly skilled CCTV and GPS Monitor Specialist to join our team. As a CCTV and GPS Monitor Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring client units in detail, ensuring the safety of operators, units, and merchandise, and monitoring during delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-risk zones and take necessary precautions.
- Manage CCTV monitoring systems and ensure their optimal performance.
- Provide detailed specifications for the role.
- Have knowledge of security, prevention, and analysis in cargo units.
- Be available to work flexible shifts, including 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 9 PM, and 9 PM to 7 AM, from Monday to Sunday.
Requirements
- Excellent listening skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain concentration.

Compensation and Benefits
