About the Role
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the plant, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition. This includes coordinating the efforts of the maintenance team to achieve zero downtime, zero defects, and zero accidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the maintenance system to optimize resource allocation and improve preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Coordinate the efforts of the maintenance team to achieve zero downtime, zero defects, and zero accidents.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual English (80% Listen, Speak, Write).
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electromechanics or related field.
- Experience with project management and lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of industry 4.0 deployment and digitalization.
