Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and robust PowerApps solutions to address various business needs and challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate (Flow) and Power Virtual Agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop custom PowerApps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals.
  • Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, to create seamless workflows and data connections.
  • Implement best practices for PowerApps development, including data modeling, user interface design, and security implementation.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PowerApps solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your expertise and insights to foster their professional growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in PowerApps development, and evaluate new tools and features to enhance our development processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on PowerApps development.
  • Must have been working on PowerApps for at least the last 2 years.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing custom PowerApps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate (Flow) and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Functions.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer Associate) are a plus.
