Innova Solutions is actively seeking a skilled Java Developer.

Position Type: Permanent
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote

As a Java Developer, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate code produced by peers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, maintaining exceptional code quality.
  • Engage with architects and stakeholders to design scalable, efficient applications.
  • Offer technical support to fellow developers, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Participate in coding tasks and address technical challenges in critical project areas.
  • Work alongside Project Managers and product owners to define project scope, establish objectives, and develop project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Effectively manage resources to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project management to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date code, architecture, and technical documentation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to management and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Java programming, with a solid understanding of the latest features and enhancements.
  • Expertise in Java frameworks and libraries, including Spring, Hibernate, Apache Struts, and Java EE for building robust enterprise applications.
  • Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patterns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of REST API development, focusing on security and performance.
  • Experience with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel or Spring Integration.
  • Understanding of HTTP protocols and the ability to create and consume RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with message queuing systems like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
  • Ability to work with databases and write SQL queries for data extraction, updates, or synchronization.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and practices to ensure secure system communication.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with the Sencha Framework.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $454,000 - $534,000 per annum
