Sales Growth Manager, Mexico

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Business Development organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted plans to maximize potential.
- Work closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems, ensuring they become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews on progress and state of health for assigned territories.
We are a business development organization that drives growth for over 2 million Amazon sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated account management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or similar industries.
- English proficiency: Advanced (spoken and written).
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
