Ware Malcomb is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Civil Engineering team in Monterrey. Our Civil Engineering department provides expert services to private and public clients on a wide range of commercial and residential development projects that enhance and improve communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple site development projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, design calculations, and construction administration services.
- Mentor and train support staff, as well as collaborate with consultant teams to ensure the financial success of all projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Stay up-to-date with local municipality, county, and state land use entitlement processes and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working on Civil Engineering/Land Development projects, including site planning, layout, drainage, utility design, and soil erosion and sediment control design.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related program.
- A PE (Professional Engineering) license is preferred.
- Expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and storm water management design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven leadership ability with experience building and/or managing teams.
- Superior organization and delegation ability.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including public speaking.
