As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in supporting customer inquiries, supervising new sales orders, and ensuring seamless order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control new sales orders, identifying key elements and communicating downstream for required actions.
- Audit order change requests from customers, evaluating acceptance from a material, production plan, technical, and logistics perspective.
- Provide primary contact for customer inquiries, offering feedback on lead time, planned timeline, order change, and order reschedules.
- Align customer orders with sales production plans to achieve monthly goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced-Intermediate level of English, spoken and written.
- Management and knowledge of SAP, Office Packages, and Advanced Excel.
- Desirable experience in Supply Chain and customer service.
