Fixed Assets Management
You will be responsible for administering, controlling, and performing inspections of fixed assets, as well as maintaining custody and delivering supporting documentation for project closures and permits. Your expertise will be crucial in generating, coordinating, and supervising the annual physical taking of revolving inventories of fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
You will collaborate with the team to follow up on legal obligations, study and disseminate procedures, and monitor and interact with personnel involved in closing processes. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Three years of experience in a similar position
Demonstrated organizational skills, analysis, attention to detail, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in handling Office Tools, SAP ERP, and other tools like Esker, Ariba, Concur, etc.
