We're seeking a highly skilled Global Network Infrastructure Manager to join our Operations and Engineering Teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and improving our global network platform with a focus on F5 load balancing platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
- Supporting all WBD F5 load balancing network infrastructure 24*7 by responding to and resolving requests and trouble tickets within the stipulated SLA time.
- Clearly understanding the root cause of all F5 network outages and taking remediation steps to prevent their recurrence.
- Able to prioritize work based on business criticalities and also flexible to work on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Fully understanding and adhering to the team's network standards and procedures both in technical and functional areas.
- Maintaining positive relationships with all user communities, peers, and management teams.
- Performing other duties as needed.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in system administration in an enterprise network production environment.
You will also have strong skills in administering and managing F5 load balancer appliances in an enterprise environment, as well as strong skills with linux-based operating systems and a working knowledge of web-based applications.
Additionally, you should be process-oriented, with strong execution and follow-through skills, able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize self.
