Marketing Strategist

Be The Match Mexico seeks a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans, projects, and campaigns to engage and educate our supporter community.

• Develop Communication Assets: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and internal clients to understand business objectives and implement multi-channel communications to meet goals. Provide input on project/communication strategy, develop resources, and execute communications in collaboration with our partner agency.
• Manage Internal and External Resources: Provide direction to project team members and external vendors to implement tactics in a timely and effective manner. Review materials, ensuring thorough and timely revisions. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partner agencies and internal clients.
• Measure Effectiveness: Track and analyze project metrics and progress to goal. Create and manage project timelines and budget tracking. Regularly report and provide meaningful updates to the broader project team and department.

• Strong Planning and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to fully comprehend Be The Match Mexico's mission, operations, and internal processes. Ability to work with internal and external partners, from our vertical support teams to local vendors, including our marketing agency.
