About the Role

The Compliance Program Manager at GM Financial will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our compliance environment by partnering with various departments to mitigate risks. This position reports directly to the Compliance AML/TF Manager and is responsible for ensuring that new products, processes, and projects align with regulatory and legal requirements as well as company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the AML/TF program enhancement & maturity plan.
  • Guarantee prompt response to enquiries received from the CNBV.
  • Ensure periodic reports to the CNBV are presented on time.
  • Supervise and perform Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for new and existing high-risk customers.
  • Review, investigate, and present to management the AML/TF Suspicious Activities.
  • Perform activities related to transaction monitoring.
  • Develop and perform the AML/TF Risk Assessments.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in law or administrative fields, and experience in AML/TF, strong communication skills, English proficiency, and extensive knowledge of managing compliance-related engagements. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
