Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, setting up audio-visual equipment, and reserving conference rooms.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research tasks, gather information for reports and projects, and draft routine documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents, as well as generating statistical and analytic reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6-8 years of related work experience in senior administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative software, including Microsoft SharePoint, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
