Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Analyst to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive tax efficiency and compliance for GE Vernova.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement technology-driven efficiencies to streamline tax compliance and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information.
- Develop and implement tax technology strategies to optimize tax operations and improve efficiency and accuracy in tax reporting.
- Provide guidance and training to other departments on tax technology matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations related to tax technology.
- Assist with implementation of tax data management strategies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax-related data.
- Participate in global projects and interact with cross-functional teams to drive tax compliance and efficiency.
- Identify areas for process and systems improvements to ensure adequacy and function of all tax compliance programs and initiatives.
- Train newcomers and assist in digital upskilling across GE Vernova tax functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent knowledge or experience.
- Proven experience in tax technology, including software implementation, tax automation, and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
