About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Supplier Quality Engineering team as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Supplier Partnerships In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain Approved Supplier Lists (ASLs), conduct audits and assessments, and provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to promote open communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers on quality-related topics such as GMP, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance, supply chain management).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
