As a Warranty Trainee, you will:

• Acquire essential knowledge and skills to ensure timely analysis of returned parts.
• Support various activities, ensuring completion within designated timelines.
• Collaborate with Warranty Engineers to achieve individual performance metrics.
• Develop a project aimed at enhancing current processes and daily operations, with monthly presentations and evaluations to ensure timely implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) to cultivate analytical problem-solving skills.
• Maintaining Level 5a 'S' standards in Research & Development laboratories and Warranty Quarantine areas.
• Creating and updating databases related to supplier chargebacks.
• Conducting Bill of Materials (BOM) audits to assist Cost Engineers.
• Submitting and implementing at least five improvement initiatives each month.
• Identifying and addressing safety concerns.
