Customer Service and Chat Agent Representative

Segoso Caribbean is a dynamic call center seeking a skilled Chat Agent to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent grammar, and the ability to multitask effectively. A background in customer-facing roles or chat experience is highly valued.

This position offers an hourly salary of approximately $12-$15 per hour, with a monthly bonus potential of up to 10% of base pay. This adds up to a total estimated annual salary of around $30,000-$40,000, based on an average 8-hour shift schedule from 6am to 11pm, with 2 days off.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
