As a SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach, you will play a critical role in facilitating team events and processes, and supporting teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering value.

**Your Role:**

The SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach is a leader and coach for an Agile team who facilitates team events and processes, and supports teams and ARTs in delivering value. In SAFe, the Scrum Master/Team Coach assists the team in meeting their delivery goals. They coach teams in self-organization and self-management and help them coordinate and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) events, increasing the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

**Facilitate PI Planning:**

Prepare for PI Planning. Draft PI plans. Draft PI Objectives, and identifying ART risks and issues. Coordinate with other teams. Create team PI objectives. Review final plans and business value.

**Support Iteration Execution:**

Facilitate team events. Work within the ART's cadence. Collaborate with the Product Owner.

**Improve Flow:**

Establish the team Kanban board. Measure and optimize flow. Build quality in.

**Build High-Performing Teams:**

Foster and support Agile Team attributes. Encourage high-performing team dynamics. Serve as Lean-Agile Leaders. Encourage team collaboration. Coach with powerful questions. Resolve team conflicts. Develop team skillsets.

**Improve ART Performance:**

Facilitate cross-team collaboration. Build trust with stakeholders. Coach the IP Iteration. Help the team inspect & adapt. Facilitate the problem-solving workshop.

**Requirements:**

**Who Are We Looking For?**

Skilled executive with understanding of massive consumer goods industry end-to-end value chain and commercial processes. Ability to coach multiple cross-functional teams on agile framework compliance. **Professional:** At least 2 years of experience in technology industry, massive consumer goods or related. Marketing experience and knowledge. Business know-how. Project Management experience and knowledge. Highly-oriented results. **Leadership:** Capable to lead cross-functional teams to common objectives. Coaching skills through empower members and provide guidance to best solutions. Negotiation and leadership capabilities across organization. Written, verbal communication skills. **Personality:** Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional teams influence. Capable to approach the systemic / holistic perspective of the organization and of specific opportunities. Continuous seeker of opportunities and improvements. Resourceful, creative in removing impediments. Enabling, passionate about helping others. Tactful, diplomacy personified. Respected, has a reputation for integrity. Alternative, prepared to promote a counterculture. Inspiring, generates enthusiasm and energy in others. Nurturing, enjoys helping teams and individuals develop and grow. Empathic, sensitive to those around them. Disruptive, breaks the status quo, help create a new way of working. **Educational:** Professional / Bachelor in Information Technology related engineerings, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor in Business, Economics or related. Scrum Master certified desirable. Knowledge of Project development tools (Azure DevOps / Jira / Kanban). English and Spanish fluent professional.
