We are seeking a talented Circuit Design Verification Engineer – Dram Design to join our team and contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.
About the Role
As a Design Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products, like row hammer mitigation circuits. You will collaborate with Micron's various design and verification teams all over the world and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer happiness.
Responsibilities
Contributing to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP. Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators. Overseeing and managing the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing. Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve the design quality.
Requirements
BSEE or Greater, 1 + years of related experience is preferred. Productive and efficient time usage thereby leading to more effective work. Satisfactory ability to convey or share ideas either verbally or in written form. Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc). Familiarity with Memory design and digital design. RTL design/verification experience is preferred. Familiarity with STA. Having an innovative approach that is open to improving upon any of our processes or products. A self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
