About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Emerson. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machining centers, manual lathes, milling machines, and drills to produce high-quality parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate CNC machining centers, manual lathes, milling machines, and drills to produce high-quality parts and products.
  2. Set up and adjust machine tools to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  3. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  4. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machine tools to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate with production team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  7. Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or Machine Tool Technician.
  • Proven experience with CNC machining centers, manual lathes, milling machines, and drills.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. manufacturing, engineering).
  • Experience with MAZAK CNC equipment.
