Sales Support Representative

Overview:

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers in Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide seamless communication to ensure resolution.
Your Impact:
As a Sales Support Analyst, your functions will include gathering and validating customer and equipment information, diagnosing and resolving cooler and vendor issues, and documenting service-related issues and escalations. You will be expected to possess strong technical, problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills, as well as excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree and at least 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience. You must be fluent in both English and French, both written and verbally, and possess strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
