Job Summary

Aptiv Plc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to lead the development of financial packages for business pursuits. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team member in developing business cases and securing project funding approval
  • Develop cash flows and financials for customer quotes, Appropriation Requests (ARs), and program management gate review updates
  • Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with estimating system/SAP, engineering, commercial, and other teams to gather financial inputs
  • Develop current financial status of projects for gate review updates and special projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Engineering with a financial background
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make intelligent decisions
