We are currently working with a leading private equity firm that has a strong presence in the residential and hospitality sectors in Mexico. Our client seeks a Commercial Director to drive their expansion and growth in the Mexican market. The position is based in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to expand business through strategic partnerships and market analysis
- Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies to support business growth
- Manage negotiations of contracts and business plans with customers, distributors, buyers, third-party suppliers, internal business units, clients, and brokers
- Design and implement CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and sales performance
- Ensure all strategic sales and marketing objectives for the company are achieved through effective team management
- Identify emerging opportunities that the business could capitalize on and gain a competitive advantage in terms of consumer acquisition and retention in the market
- Develop and implement new customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research and analyze threats and opportunities to inform business decisions
- Lead and manage the overall performance of the commercial team members to achieve business objectives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and clients to drive business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial role in the Mexican real estate sector, preferably in the residential or hospitality sector
- Degree in business administration, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills for establishing positive working relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and related technologies
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual fluency is required
