Role Overview

Kasa Living Inc is seeking a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Management Team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and profitability across our portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.
  • Collaborate with property partners and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to determine the optimal yield strategy.
  • Utilize revenue management systems, property management systems, and other technology tools to gather relevant data.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Experience with revenue management systems and technology tools.

Expected Outcomes

  • Understand market and demand drivers to forecast competitive sets' Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change.
  • Design, implement, and execute yield strategies to drive profitability and grow RevPAR Index.
  • Monitor market performance, communicate proactively, and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Conduct forecast processes that consistently result in financial forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
