Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate quality management activities related to company processes that impact from raw material receipt to finished product delivery.
- Develop and implement control plans or quality plans as applicable, in the three phases: prototype, project, and production.
- Elaborate in-process instructions or release sheets for material receipt, process, and finished product.
- Implement statistical process control (SPC), R&R studies, failure catalogues, and analyze internal and external problems.
- Identify root causes, elaborate quality alerts, conduct process audits, finished product audits, and annual product evaluations.
- Manage returned parts due to customer complaints, control suppliers and customers, standardize processes, and focus on lean manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with quality regulations and organize activities for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Verify compliance with process control plans and statistical process techniques.
- Manage quality auditors' activities and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure processes are carried out in accordance with quality standards declared in the QMS.
