- Support Development Activities: Participate in specific development activities as part of a larger development project, including brainstorming sessions, innovative solutions, and data collection.
- Design Change Suggestions: Suggest design changes for new products to reduce costs and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Product Obsolescence Support: Provide support for product and materials obsolescence and product migration.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement activities for product streamlining.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Lead Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Operations to successfully deliver new development projects into operations.
- Product Development Trials: Run product development trials of New Product Development projects while fully integrating with the LEANPD process and PLM Central.
- Data Collection: Support key data collection for DFMEA, PFMEA, and Qualification data.
- Documentation: Write Product Specifications, Quality Test Plans, and Test Reports, and update existing product specifications when required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or a related field.
