- Inspire enthusiasm and affinity for Innovamat's offerings within educational institutions.
- You will meet with the leadership teams of your assigned schools, focusing on fostering and enhancing the relationship while continuously implementing the professional development plan.
- You will interpret the needs of current and potential clients.
- You will coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve and provide new solutions to the challenges that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
- You will hold control meetings with the team of didactic experts who will be responsible for actioning the most didactic actions in the classroom with the teachers.
- You will attend internal training sessions in mathematics didactics, events or fairs in the education sector, commercial relations, etc.
- You will manage and document in our CRM (Salesforce).
- You will be part of an agile team characterized by co-responsibility and interdependence.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative (Math, Physics, Engineering) or business field (Business Administration, International Relations, etc.).
- Passionate about learning and making a social impact.
- An ability to take any problem, deep-dive, reveal root cause, draft improvement solutions and take action.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Hands-on attitude: making things happen.
