Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for consolidating the supply plan, supervising inventory management, and ensuring timely communication of follow-up information for orders.
Main Responsibilities
- Supply Plan Consolidation
Update the supply plan aligned with the Commitment to Deliver (CTD) as defined by Commercial Front End (CFE) to ensure a consolidated view of the region's business.
Demand PlanningParticipate in the Demand Planning Integrated Cycle, providing necessary input, support, and analysis to reach Commitment to Deliver (CTD) and Commitment to Supply (CTS) levels, considering available resources.
Replenishment ExecutionExecute replenishment within the Integrated Planning Cycle, in coordination with the Demand Planning area.
Order Status ManagementEnsure timely availability of necessary information on order status and interact with IT and source areas in case of missing or anomalous information.
Compliance and GovernanceAdhere to Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Initiative LeadershipProactively lead initiatives, communicate with, and develop your network to achieve goals and exceed internal clients' expectations.
