Senior Public Sector Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Public Sector sales efforts. As a Senior Public Sector Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing penetration of our services within the existing client base and acquiring new clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the sales origination, pipeline development, customer revenue growth, and retention for Public Sector clients.
- Manage a team with a defined portfolio of Public Sector clients, providing product and sector expertise.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
**Requirements**:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, including 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
- Proven track record in sales of cash management, trade, and/or technology-based consulting solutions.
- Advanced marketing and selling skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese a plus.
