  • **Recruitment and Retention**: Recruit, interview, and hire security personnel, and communicate criteria to recruiters for security candidates.
  • **Performance Management**: Establish clear measurable goals and objectives, solicit ongoing feedback from team members and stakeholders, and provide coaching and counseling to team members.
  • **Forecast Development and Accuracy**: Forecast quarterly expenditures and coordinate activities of large teams.
  • **Supervisory Responsibilities**: Monitor security cameras, react to alarms, review shift reports, and train employees on emergency response procedures.
  • **Liaison and Training**: Liaise with Facility Security Officer to promote and enforce regulations, and train and evaluate security team knowledge and application of regulations.

**Requirements**

**Working Conditions**

This role requires a hands-on working supervisor who can monitor all shifts, including nights and weekends. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
