Job Summary
Buscojobs México is seeking an experienced Automated Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the review of the Test Plan and ensure that the test strategy and test coverage are properly defined.
- Actively participate in the Risk Analysis to the test project.
- Select the Test Design Techniques to be used in the test project.
- Ensure that the Testing methodology is followed according to the standards.
- Analyze customer requirements and design Test Cases and Test Matrix based on them.
- Execute test cases according to the test plan and test schedule.
- Communicate test results to the Test Lead.
- Report and track defects according to the Defect Management process.
- Support and monitor activities of Pr. and Jr. resources.
Requirements
- Experience with Selenium and/or UFT.
- Experience with QA testing, OS, and Application changes before deployment.
- Focus on building on top of existing automation frameworks with an eye for optimization and quality execution.
- Fluent English (Excellent written and oral communication skills).
- Nice to have: Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality automated tests.
