We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Contracts Legal Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and minimizing risks. This position requires a solid understanding of contract law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with various departments to ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are minimized.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting of Contracts: Prepare, review, and finalize a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, customer agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Negotiation of Contracts: Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with clients and partners, ensuring proper finalization for signatures.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance on legal issues and potential risks.
  • Contract Management: Maintain and manage the contract database, ensuring up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible contracts. Monitor key contract milestones and renewal dates.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks in contract terms and conditions, proposing mitigation strategies and collaborating with the Risk Management team.
