Your responsibilities will include creating, launching, and monitoring organizational communication (digital content) to support different initiatives, change management, talent management, and new programs. As a Visual Communication Analyst, your scope will consist of making creative processes to understand ideas and presenting designs to clients for approval. You will work on the conception of creative visual ideas based on objectives to be communicated, produce creative content graphics and editing work with a clear rationale, and create compelling content visuals for various platforms.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, 1-2 years of agency creative experience, and proficiency in Adobe CS. You should have an online portfolio showing a variety of digital, multi-platform, standout work and be able to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals.

**Responsibilities:**
* Support the cultural transformation strategy through the implementation of digital marketing, social media, corporate image, and editorial design.
* Create, launch, and monitor organizational communication (digital content) to support different initiatives, change management, talent management, and new programs.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, interactive design, etc.).
* 1-2 years of agency creative experience in creative, art / graphic design.
* Online portfolio showing a variety of digital, multi-platform, standout work.
* Proficiency in Adobe CS: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or above, and others.
* Office 365 advanced.
* Intermediate/Advanced English.
* Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity.
