About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Drafter to join our team in Nicoya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit, AutoCAD, and similar drafting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify Revit families according to Samara's drafting standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of drafters to ensure high-quality work.
  • Review and provide feedback on colleagues' work.
  • Support factory production needs by providing accurate and timely shop drawings.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting or mechanical/electrical drafting.
  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar drafting software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of residential design and construction practices and procedures.
