  • Account Reconciliation and Reporting: Contribute to the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of technical reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Audit Support: Support external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit-related inquiries.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax regulations in Mexico, and determine the impact on our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Accounting and Tax Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax rules specific to Mexico, including experience with local tax compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven experience working with shared services, preferably in an accounting or tax-related role, and strong leadership skills with the ability to lead meetings and effectively communicate with collaborators and external consultants.
  • Audit Experience: Experience in external and internal audits, including the ability to provide necessary documentation and address inquiries.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Fluent interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
